WOD:
1a) 0:00 – 10:30 – Every 1:30 x 7 sets:
2 Squat Snatch +
3 Low Hang Power Snatch
Warm-up as needed. Start around 50% of your 1RM. Build as heavy as deemed fit. Barbell cycling is the goal here, keeping constant movement on the bar.
1b) 10:30 – 21:00 – Every 1:30 x 7 sets:
2 Squat Cleans +
3 Low Hang Power Cleans
Start around 50% of your 1RM. Build as heavy as deemed fit. Barbell cycling is the goal here, keeping constant movement on the bar.
2) 10-9-8…3-2-1 – AQAP:
Toes-to-bar
Hang Squat Clean Thrusters 75/55
Extra Work:
3) Bar Muscle-up: 10 minutes Practice
