WOD:

1) 20 minutes EMOTM: Odd, Gymnastics Pressing, Even, Movement of Choice

Gymnastics Pressing is a variation of a Push-up, Handstand Push-up, or Dip. Movement of choice is anything you’d like to work on, it should just be a weakness, i.e. something you struggle with.

2) 12 minute AMRAP:
