WOD:
1) Back Squat: 8-8-8
Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Build as heavy as possible.
2) Back Rack Box Step-ups: 3 x 8/side @ 20″
Warm-up as needed. Ret 90-120 seconds between sets. Build as heavy as possible. Adjust box height based on your standing height.
3) 10 minute AMRAP:
15 Wall Balls 20/14
12 Power Cleans 115/75
9 Toes-to-bar
Extra Work:
4) Hip Thrusts: 4 x 8
Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
5) Row: 8 x :20/:10
Max effort. Keep track of meters each round, and total meters.
For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
