WOD:

1) Jerk Complex: 1 Complex Every 90 seconds for 12 sets

One complex consists of 1 Push Press, 1 Push Jerk, 1 Split Jerk. Start at approximately 70% of your 1RM Push Press and build up as heavy as deemed fit.

2) 10 minute AMRAP:

10 Power Snatch 95/65

10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

10 Box Jumps 24/20


Extra Work:

3) Handstands: 10 minutes Practice

Work on any facet of Handstand Holds, Walks, Push-ups, etc.

4) V-Ups: 3 x 15-25 reps

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Pick a rep count you can maintain and complete without having to stop.


For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
