Wow, great job today everybody. You all pulled some heavy deadlifts, and ran your butts off. Way to really push it on the final 800m, like I explained to everyone before the workout, whenever you do something that ends with a row or run you should be on the floor, you should push yourself to the limit that last minute or so of the workout. Hope lots of you make it into the gym tomorrow. Cheers.
