After having a huge workout on Wednesday we had a considerably smaller one today. The weather was on and off all day, but thankfully it cleared up for a couple of hours just for our workout. We ran a team workout today which went well, and introduced a static movement, a overhead plate squat hold, seen in the photos. We had a solid little group, and everyone had a great time. Cheers.
