Thanks for baring with us today guys. I over programmed a little. But I can say it was great to get so much done today. Despite the heavy technique base you guys all did an absolutely awesome job. We haven’t done snatch balances in a while but many of you are now able to do them now that your overhead squat has become more developed. Awesome! Hope to see a bunch of you tomorrow. Cheers.
