Despite a slow day in the gym we saw some people making some huge gains on there squatting and deadlifting both in form and weight. Colleen was nailing some beautiful deadlifts, and while Donny felt he was at a solid working set weight we tacked on another 60lbs by the finish with his back squat. I won’t be at the gym Saturday, see all the competitors Sunday, and it would be great to see many of you come out and cheer us on. Cheers.
