Happy birthday to Chris Smith. He got in the gym twice today, hitting two benchmark WOD’s and hitting big PR’s on both. Those who didn’t make it in missed a great workout. A quick note. We are putting together a team for the C2 fall rowing challenge. It started two days ago but you can still hop in. Each person on the team needs to row 100k over the next month. If we put together a full team we get entered into a raffle for a free rower. We’ve already got 6 people doing it, anyone is welcome to join…come in early to row or stay late, whatever you want.
