Nice to see everybody today. Hope you all had a good weekend. I know a number of you were glued to the games feed. Hope you enjoyed watching some amazing feats of athleticism. Sorry for the lack of pictures today, the camera was vacant from the gym. Everybody did an awesome job. Today was the start of the 3rd Wendler Cycle. You are all doing amazing with it and continuing to get stronger. Keep it up. Hope to see lots of you tomorrow. Cheers.
