Nice job on the bench press today everybody. I think this will be a great tool for many of you as it will help with the development of the tricep especially, which will carry over to your overhead pressing a lot. A little benchmark today with ole “Fran.” For some it was a first for many others they had done it before, some pain was had, but you all did an awesome job and pushed hard. Keep up the great work, hope to see a bunch of you tomorrow. Cheers.
