Hope everyone had a great weekend. It was great to see so many of you in today and so many of you moving some big weights. You all did awesome. Whether you’ve been here for 6 months or 2 weeks you all saw improvements and got a taste for lifting some heavy weights. Whether your PR was breaking 100 or 400 pounds on a lift each and everyone was awesome to see. Check the leader board, some new names are up there. Great work guys.
