A few updates for you guys.
Paleo Challenge: Is officially over Thursday. Your last day is Wednesday. We will be retesting your benchmarks on Friday. You must have the spreadsheet filled out by Friday the 12th to be eligible for placing.
Squat Program: Today marks a built in PR in the Squat program. Go for what is listed in your spreadsheet and nothing else. Programs are designed the way they are for a reason, and are most successful when you follow them the way they were designed. The Paleo diet is great dietary program, but isn’t as efficient when donuts, ice cream, and pizza are added to it. If you’ve been changing your weights around (which some of you have), and not following it to a “T” don’t be surprised if your success with the program is not as good as others. So do the 103% today, nothing more, nothing less, you’ll have other opportunities to go for more.
Changing Rooms: Dani mentioned to me the other day that there was a line of 5 women in the bathroom waiting to change. The same might be said for the guys to. Regardless there are changing rooms for you all to use, they are on the far side of the building, opposite of the bathrooms.
