WOD:

1) “Small”- 3 rounds AQAP:
1000m Row
50 Burpees
50 Box Jumps 24/20
800m Run

Competitors:
2) Kipping Handstand Push-ups: 10 minutes Every-minute-on-the-minute
Pick a rep range the you can sustain for all 10 minutes. If you can’t do a Handstand Push-up, kipping or strict, scale to an assisted one or stink bugs.

For results post time to complete workout along with any scaling used. Competitors post reps for Handstand Push-ups.
