I think everyone walked out the door today with some tired shoulders. Great work. One really important thing to remember. You all come here for different reasons, keep in mind you’re here for you, and what you put in is what you put out. Push-ups are probably theeee movement that people do poorly. Again do you guys get what you put in, but you’re better of slowing down your workout or dropping to your knees to get full extension. A push-up is chest touching the ground, not your pelvis, not your chin or nose, not your elbows at 90 degrees, and not your torso parallel with the ground, it is touching your chest to the ground. Do things full, do things right, and you will be rewarded. Cheers.
