WOD:
1) Rope Climb Practice: 10-15 minutes
This time is to be spent learning/practicing how to climb the rope. If you’re already relatively proficient in climbing the rope, do 10 minutes of Every-minute-on-the-minute to build some volume into the Rope Climb.
Not really a how to video, but more some thoughts/efficiency tips for climbing the rope
2) 15 minute AMRAP:
10 Burpees
15 Ball Slams 40/30
20 Hang Power Cleans 95/65
For results post thoughts about Rope Climbs, hints, techniques, etc, and post Rounds plus Reps for Met-con along with any scaling used.
