Hang Squat Snatch: 3-3-3-3-3 (These are unbroken sets, no letting the bar go after each rep, bring it back down to the hang after each rep)

15 minute AMRAP:
1 Squat Snatch 135/95
3 Overhead Squats 135/95
30 Lateral Bar Hops

Nice work today everybody on the snatches. Please remember, you will get way more out of working on these movements light and getting the technique dialed down than putting a bunch of weight on and muscling the movement around. My apologies to the 5:45 PM class. It was awesome to have so many people, 24 in fact, but we weren’t able to do the workout as written because of a space issue. I did my best to try and utilize the important movements of the workout and still get everyone going at once. We are moving, I don’t have an exact date, but we are most definitely moving, and I’m doing everything in my power to make it happen as quick as possible. See you tomorrow. Cheers.
