I have to say I’m amazed at how much so many of you have improved on your olympic work, most notably the squat cleans. A bunch of you have made some big progress there. Good job on the kettlebell snatch as well, we don’t do them a lot and they are definitely a tough movement, so it was good to see some of you getting the hang of it. Great job everybody.
