WOD:

Clean and Jerk: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

AQAP: Each set must be unbroken, you can’t set the kettlebell down, you can let it hang but it can’t be set down until the set of swings is done. No resting it on your feet, shoulders, etc, it must stay hanging. Be honest with the rest periods, don’t start early, score is total time to complete the workout.

Awesome work today guys…if you were in the gym for the workout you can see that I posted the workout with heavier weights. The workout was programmed a little light with Rx’d being 53/35, and we had a few people step it up and tackle the bigger kettlebell. Regardless of what you did, awesome work, way to push through some big sets. Also great work on the Clean and Jerks guys, it was a first time for some of you and you did awesome, many of you made big PR’s as well. Everyone is killing it and continuing to get stronger. Cheers.
