Some more PR’s today on the overhead squat. For those that are battling with mobility with this movement make sure you continue to work light and work on the mobility. The mobility required for the overhead squat will carry over and help you in so many other movements. If you’re looking for stuff to do don’t forget to check out the MobilityWOD.
