Much needed rest day today. Body is sore and tired. Hip flexors are still hurting quite a bit as are my hamstrings. The stiff leg deadlifts yesterday really did a number on my hamstrings. Not much left to be said. Hopefully I’ll be a little more mobile tomorrow and be ready for a solid workout. Cheers.
