Way to hit it hard today everybody, you all pushed through a wicked burner for both the legs and lungs. Pressing is continuing to get stronger and you are all making great gains. The double-under practice from yesterday definitely helped some of you out a bit today. It was awesome to see so many people in, 70 or so in the gym today. Keep up the good work everybody. Cheers.
