Great to see such a big crowd in today. Some hot morning weather made for an extra warm workout, and you all showed just how tough you are by doing an amazing job on a long and super difficult workout. Way to put your head down and keep working. Have a great 4th everybody, and thank you all for making Champlain Valley CrossFit the place to train. Cheers.
