Super hot up here in Burlington, hit a nice 100 degrees today. A small group came out to workout this evening, but we all had a great time. Betsy ran the show tonight so Jade was able to workout with the group. Despite the heat, everyone worked hard, and we had another addition to the group who just moved up here form North Carolina, thanks for coming out Cade. We’ll be back out on Friday for another workout. Cheers.
