WOD:

Front Squat: 5-5-5-5-5

Rest no more than 2 minutes between sets. All 5 sets should be heavy, look to find a current 5RM and go for a PR! Chest and elbows up.


AQAP:
1000m Row
50 Plate Overhead Walking Lunges 45/25
25 Burpees

For results post heaviest set of Front Squats, and time for Met-con along with any scaling used.

Heavy Front Squats were the name of the game today. Way to push some heavy loads around guys and hit some nice squats. Remember to always be conscious of the chest and elbow positioning, and if you’re back isn’t working, you’re chest isn’t high enough. Short little met-con today, but a wicked burner. Cheers.
