Holy hell I’m sore this morning. I can barely walk as my hip flexors are in some extreme pain. Can’t really lift my legs, hips are in some serious pain. Not sure if it is from the WOD yesterday or the sled pulls from Monday, but they are definitely hurting. Shoulders are also feeling pretty worked, and my quads are really sore as well. Good thing it is a rest day today, honestly I bet I’ll still be pretty sore tomorrow given how sore I am right now. Looking forward to a solid WOD tomorrow. Cheers.
