Just wanted to give everyone of a brief run down of our plans for Friday night.

– As we do once a month we are doing a bring a friend workout, so come in and bring a friend. With that said if you’re reading this and you’re more of a lurker and don’t have a “friend” who comes here, please feel free to come in and workout with us. We’d love to have you in. Open workout class will be held at 5:45 PM.

– For those of you following the Hatch Squat Program, this will not be a part of Friday night’s class. So, you can either come to class twice, earlier in the day and come back and workout again or just hang out, or you can squat on your own at the 5:45 PM class. We will primarily be outside for class, assuming it doesn’t rain, so there should be some space in the gym.

– If it wasn’t already made clear, anyone can come, so if you’re reading this and you don’t train here, come, and if you’re reading this and do train here come and bring some friends.

– We will be having a BBQ afterward that the gym will be taking care of as a thank you to everyone for all the support given to the team in their quest to get out to the Games. With that being said you are all certainly more than welcome to bring something if you’d like, food or beverage, but we should be supplying  most everything. So to gauge how much stuff we need, my favorite the Google Docs, if you could please click the link below and just put your name down if you’re going to be here so we know the appropriate amount of grub to get.
