Nutrition yesterday was okay. Couldn’t really track it though unfortunately. I ate well throughout the day and then went to a big thanksgiving potluck party. Ate Paleo throughout the dinner, had some starch via red potatoes, I did have a couple slices of pie for dessert so that killed me for the day. Back on the wagon tomorrow. My goal is going to take this day by day, try and eat paleo when possible but in special situations such as the one last night I will break away from the diet.

Training today was supposed to be a 5k run, I went out on a mountain bike ride instead which was great. My quads were definitely feeling it a bit from the last two days of training, and the ride today absolutely destroyed them. My legs are in some serious pain right now, like serious pain, and are weak and worked. Not much more to be said, felt great on the bike fitness wise despite the leg pain. Another note, kind of surprised my lats are not sore after the 100 pull-ups I made it through yesterday in Cindy.

Tomorrow is a rest day, but it may be another mountain bike ride depending on how my legs feel. Cheers.
