My legs were feeling a bit better this morning but certainly not recovered. I decided to go out for another mountain bike ride despite the fact that it was my rest day. I figured an easy pedal would help work some of the soreness out of my legs. Unfortunately I was wrong, my legs were so worked that I didn’t really have the strength to even go for an easy pedal. I rode for about 45 minutes but that was it. Going to rest up and make sure I get a big dinner so that my legs are hopefully good to go tomorrow morning.
