A lot of you have been asking for different soft goods. We are going to slowly roll some different things out over the next 3-6 months that you have been asking for. We’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback and desire for this product. This is going to be a Next Level Tri-Blend (very similar to our Canvas Tri-blend T-shirts we print on) Long Sleeve T-shirt Hoodie. With the weather still relatively warm this is a great in between a full Sweatshirt and T-shirt, it’s also an incredibly comfortable piece to just hang out in at home. Progenex Order
Per our recent post on Facebook it seems that a number of people are interested in getting Progenex again. To start we are going to just do a pre-order. We will be placing the order on Thursday, October 9th, so your orders need to be in by Wednesday night. Upon the shipment arriving we will either charge your account for the product ordered or if you would like to pay with cash (cash is king :-)) you can note that in the spreadsheet and pay us when you order. Pure Pharma Supplements
We put a little feeler out on Facebook last week to see if people were interested in purchasing Pure Pharma products through the gym. It seems there are a handful of people interested so we are going to go ahead and give it a go. For our initial order we are going to do a pre-order to get the ball rolling. Competitors Programming Phase Start 9/7/14
Next Phase Today marks the start of a new 12 week cycle that will end just before Thanksgiving, we’ll then take a week break and dive into another 12 week cycle. A few things for you to note if you are following this programming. – Depending what you are used to following this may be a lot of volume. Most days will be between 8 and 10 parts, 2 to 4 hours of training. The programming will be written out as it being done as 1 session, with that being said, if you have the available time it is encouraged you break-up some of larger days into two sessions. – Especially if you are completing the training as one session, make sure you are fueling during you training as well as pre and post. – The emphasis for the next 12 weeks will be strength. The Importance of a Program
The leaves are already starting to change, the cooler months are coming, and for many who have been here for a while you know what that means. It means it’s time to put away the beer, nachos, and donuts and buckle down to hit it hard and get stronger and fitter. Getting stronger this time of year means a specific focus on Squatting, more specifically running through the always painful, but rewarding Hatch Squat Program. A few weeks ago we finished out a 16 week cycle based off of Jim Wendlers 5-3-1 program.
