WOD:

1) 20 minute EMOTM:

Movement 1 – 3 Bench Press

Movement 2 – 5-10 Toes-to-bar

Start around 60% of your 1RM for the Bench Press and climb. Pick a number of Toes-to-bar you can maintain for every round.

2) “Rahoi”- 12 minute AMRAP:

12 Box Jumps 24/20

6 Thrusters 95/65

6 Bar Facing Burpees


Extra Work:

3) Sled Drag: 6 x 50m

Heavy. Rest 60 seconds between sets.

4) Handstands: 10 minutes Practice

Work on any facet of a Handstand Hold/Walk.


For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
