I hope you’re all having a fabulous weekend, and are able to get outside this morning before the rain comes through. As we roll into the holiday week a couple of quick notes/reminders.


Class Sign-up – Late Cancels

Please a reminder to everyone, as we had a number of people do this Saturday morning. This isn’t something we wanted to start having to institute but we will begin doing so starting this week. We had 6 individuals cancel their spots yesterday within 60-90 minutes of classes starting. Both of these were full classes. Going forward if you late cancel (2 hours before the class starts), and the class is full you will be charged $20. This isn’t something we wanted to have to institute, but given we are restricted on attendance this is a must as we had individuals who would have liked to come workout yesterday but didn’t have the opportunity because classes were full. This charge will only be put in place if the class if full. If the class has open spots and you late cancel there will be no penalty/fee instituted. 

Holiday Weekend Schedule

A reminder for the upcoming holiday weekend schedule…

  • Friday, July 3rd. Noon will be the last class of the day.
  • Saturday, July 4th. One class at 8:00 AM. There will be 63 spots, 40 of which will be outside. Because of our restrictions we will be writing a workout that we can mange so everyone can do the same thing.
  • Sunday, July 5th. Closed.

Under Construction – Future Gym Setup

As we’ve settled in ever so slightly getting back into business, just a heads up that we will begin moving some items around, tearing down pieces of the rig, shelving, etc. and starting to rebuild the gym from the ground up in small pieces. Many people have really enjoyed have the training stations, and we believe this will be the future of what a high end training facility looks like. This is something that I’ve personally always thought about, trying to create, almost a high level College Strength and Conditioning setup for our main space. We are currently waiting on a reasonably large shipment of mainly Kettlebell and Dumbbells from Rogue to fill out the existing stations we have and also help start us for the process of expanding our spaces. So please just be mindful, some of the stations may begin moving around a little over the coming weeks as we begin to build out and utilize our floor space in the most efficient way so that we can provide a handful more training spaces in the main gym area.

Lastly a quick reminder, while almost everyone has been right on it, please make sure you come in with a mask, and wear it around the gym when moving about, covering your face with your hand or t-shirt does not suffice. As state restrictions/guidelines change here we will change accordingly as well.
