Equipment

We’re still waiting on equipment from individuals that we have heard nothing from and have reached out to. Please bring the equipment back so we can work on filling the last couple of holes in the gym, and send gear back out to people who need it at home.

For those who are looking to jump in on the rental program, we are going forward with it and will be placing and order with Rogue end of week for everything we need to fill in the gaps of gear we don’t have at the gym. We’ve had a number of people ask about tacking on small equipment orders to ours. At this point we won’t be doing that as we just aren’t looking to manage 20-30 mini orders tacked onto our own, we will only be ordering what is needed to fill out our equipment rental packages. Lastly, for the rental packages, while you certainly don’t need to take everything on the list, we will not be prorating the fee because you may not want/need a certain piece of equipment. If you would like to participate in this please fill out the form HERE as soon as possible as we are going to look to place the order by Friday.

This fee will include access to all programming, there will be a specific additional programming designed just for these gear packages, and we will also be working to stream all of our daily classes live on Zoom for people to follow along from home if you want.


Class Schedule – Sign-up

If you haven’t taken a look at the class schedule please check it out HERE we’ve added an additional slot in the late morning as well for people to come train, or as a time for athletes to get a second session in after the 9:30 AM class. There seems to be a bit of confusion, we’ve had a number of people reach out regarding class/open gym. So…

  • Blue Block – This means there will be a coach(es) there running the Daily WOD (you can also reserve a spot at this time to just do your own thing, i.e. Open Gym)
  • Green Block – Open Gym only. There will be a coach there to oversee the facility, but there will not be a structured class.
  • Yellow Block – This is our Zoom class through this week, we will play this by ear in terms of keeping it on the schedule if there is demand.

To be clear, if you want to do “Open Gym” i.e. your own training, you can do so at any and all times on the schedule. You are reserving a training spot when you sign-up, what you choose to do with that spot is your decision, we’d just ask that if you are coming in to do your own training and not partake in a class when class is scheduled, that you prioritize yourself to the back room, or the small side room where the sink is.

Lastly we are opening tomorrow, however there will not be regimented classes running. We are using these first 3 days as a “soft” opening for both you guys, and us to get a feel for how things run. There will be an EMOTM style workout that we will start a clock for at each session if people want to workout together, otherwise feel free to come in and do your own thing if you don’t want to take part in the EMOTM. Classes will officially start this Saturday.
