WOD:

1) Barbell Reverse Lunges: 5 sets of 5/side

Warm-up as needed. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. Alternate legs each rep. Goal should be heavier than last week.

2) Good Morning: 3 sets of 10

Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible. Goal should be heavier than last week.

3) AQAP:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlifts 95/65

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Wall Balls 14/8


Extra Work:

4) Hip Extension: 4 sets of 10

Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Add load if able.
