10/side Single Arm Kettlebell Push Press 35/26

20 Kettlebell Swings 35/26

30 Kettlebell Goblet Squats 35/26


Extra Work:

2) Single Arm Dumbbell Row: 3 sets of 20

Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Perform all reps on 1 side then switch to the other. Heavy as possible. Keep it strict.
