1) 20 minute AMRAP:

3 rounds of – 200m Run, 10 Wall Balls 14/8, 2 Rope Sit-to-stand

3 rounds of – 400m Run, 20 Wall Balls 14/8, 4 Rope Sit-to-stand

3 rounds of – 600m Run, 30 Wall Balls 14/8, 6 Rope Sit-to-stand

3 rounds of – 800m Run, 40 Wall Balls 14/8, 8 Rope Sit-to-stand

Get as far as you can in 20 minutes


Extra Work:

2) Sled Drag: 400m @ Bodyweight
