The cold weather is coming and it’s time to really get in the gym and turn into beasts. Great work today everybody, hopping around like frogs and getting upside down…way to commit to some new movements. You guys did some great work on the snatches today and really did a good job of not riding the weight down, but catching it in the hole. Awesome. Kevin, owner of CrossFit Vangabond is up for the weekend and came in and killed the main site WOD…nice job dude.  For those who weren’t in at noon Ken tore up the broad jumps with a total of 50 feet for 5 jumps…huge distance. Hope to see lots of you tomorrow, it will be crappy out so I know you won’t be outside, come get a good workout in. Cheers.
