Hope everyone has a great labor day weekend. It was a little slow in the gym today, but those who showed up worked hard. We had a couple of visitors from Tacoma, Washington, who are co-owners of CrossFit Tacoma. A solid day was had by all. I look forward to seeing everyone next week. Cheers.
