WOD:

Partner “Murph”- AQAP:
Run 1 mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
Run 1 mile

The 2 runs must be started and finished with your partner. The pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats are done “Angie” style, i.e. you must finish all the pull-ups before moving on to the push-ups. Only 1 person can work at a time.
