Great job today everybody. It was awesome to see so many people working on those assisted muscle-ups.  Even if you’re not strong enough to get a muscle-up yet practicing them with assistance is a great way to get the movement down so that when you have the strength you’ll be able to get one. After the muscle-up work you all killed it on the met-con and pushed yourselves really hard. Great work everybody. Keep it up. Cheers.
