WOD:

Push Press: 5-5-5-5-5

You should be looking to hit a 5RM. Make sure all 5 sets are heavy, don’t just build up to one heavy set, 5 heavy sets! Be sure to Push Press and not start Push Jerking as the weight gets heavy.


12 minute AMAP:
10 Deadlifts 315/205
10 Wall Balls 20/14
10 Toes-to-Bar

For results post heaviest set of Push Press, and rounds plus reps for Met-con along with any scaling used.

Heavy Deads was the name of the game today. Nice working pulling some heavy bars guys. Especially in a Met-con when the weight gets heavy, make sure you are resting over picking the bar up with compromised form. Hope to see lots of you in tomorrow for a fun one. Cheers.
