Great job today everybody, hope you’re legs aren’t so cooked you can’t move tomorrow. Great job on the snatches, whether you have the full range of motion and did squat snatches or aren’t there yet and did power snatches instead you all did great. For those who don’t have that range of motion, it will come, but you’ve got to be responsible for it. Keep working on your mobility. See you all tomorrow. Cheers.
