Awesome work today guys. Again a punch of PR’s were seen on the split jerk, big weights going up all over the place. Those who really stuck to the Paleo Challenge are really improving quickly…Kim hopped on the pull-up bar today after the workout and got 10, it wasn’t more than a couple of weeks ago that it was 4 or 5. Keep up the good work guys. Cheers.
