As I mentioned throughout the day if you don’t have your 1RM for Back Squat, Strict Press, and Deadlift, try and find them if your planning on being here on Wedensday’s. It will come in handy. Great work today everybody, we saw some big presses. Threw a new movement into the arsenal with the V-up. Used to do them in Jiu-jitsu a lot, but I kind of forgot about them. Hope to see a bunch of you for a little something different tomorrow. Cheers.
