Wow, that was a long, rough weekend. Back at it again today. Knees are hurting a lot today. Slowly narrowing down my diagnosis. Pumped, step-mom got me a Crock Pot for my birthday which is in a couple weeks. Just threw a bunch of stuff in it tonight, we’ll see how it all turns out. Solid training this evening.

Glute Bridges: 15, 15, 15

Training felt really good this evening. Met-con, absolutely destroyed my chest. Was definitely brutal and my chest/shoulders are still feeling it a few hours after the workout. Swings felt good and powerful, granted I wasn’t using that much weight. Glute bridges were good, and will hopefully help with my knee pain. Might do some strength work tomorrow. Cheers.
